Hi! My name is Tania, and I’m a native Spanish teacher with over 12 years of teaching experience, including more than 6 years teaching Spanish online.

I have worked in schools, high schools and language academies, teaching students of different ages and levels, from children and teenagers to adults. I have also had the opportunity to live in South Africa, Spain and Bulgaria, which has given me a real appreciation for different cultures and ways of learning.

I have a degree in Arts, and I’m passionate about movies, history, music and travelling.

My goal is to create a relaxed and friendly learning environment where you feel comfortable speaking Spanish, making mistakes and improving at your own pace. I always take my students’ interests, goals and learning styles into consideration, so every lesson can be adapted to what works best for you.

I create my own worksheets and exercises and combine them with carefully selected teaching materials and online resources. I also enjoy using real-life content such as music, films, stories and cultural topics, especially when they connect with my students’ interests.

My Teaching Experience

I have over 12 years of experience teaching Spanish in a variety of educational settings, both in person and online.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children in nurseries and schools, as well as with teenagers in secondary schools and high schools, including SoftUni and Svetlina schools in Bulgaria. I also worked at language academies in Bulgaria while studying Arts, teaching students of different ages and levels.

Alongside my work in schools and academies, I have also been teaching private Spanish lessons online for many years. This experience gradually led me to specialise in online teaching, which I have been doing for more than 6 years.

Having worked with such a wide range of students has taught me how to adapt my teaching style to different ages, personalities, levels and learning goals. I truly enjoy helping my students make progress while making Spanish a natural and enjoyable part of their lives.
