These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of alphatuts.com ("the platform"), operated by Alpha Tuts (ABN 50 995 953 084), a sole trader business registered in Perth, Western Australia, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By using alphatuts, you agree to these Terms.
alphatuts is an online directory and session platform that connects tutors with students. We provide the technology infrastructure — we do not employ tutors, and we are not a party to any tutoring engagement arranged through the platform.

You are responsible for all content you upload to your profile. Misrepresentation of qualifications is grounds for immediate suspension.
Free tier listings appear in the directory but are ranked below Premium and Featured listings. We reserve the right to adjust ranking algorithms. Paid tier rates are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription.
The Free tier is permanently free. Premium and Featured subscriptions are billed monthly as selected at checkout. We do not take a commission on tutoring sessions — your session earnings are between you and your students.
Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription payment if you have not used the paid features. Contact hello@alphatuts.com to request a refund.
The alphatuts online session platform (WebRTC) is provided as-is. Sessions require a modern browser and a stable internet connection. We are not liable for session interruptions caused by network conditions, browser compatibility, or hardware issues outside our control.
Session counts are tracked by the platform and used for display purposes on tutor profiles. A session is defined as a unique student peer connection lasting more than 5 minutes. Sessions over 90 minutes count as 2 sessions. A 15-minute reconnection window applies after disconnection — reconnecting within this window continues the same session.
Student reviews are published only after email verification by the reviewer. Reviews must be honest and based on actual tutoring experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Tutors must not solicit fake reviews or offer incentives for positive reviews.

The alphatuts name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Alpha Tuts. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your profile (bio, photos, etc.) but grant us a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of your listing.
alphatuts is a directory and technology platform — we do not independently verify tutor qualifications. All qualifications are self-declared by tutors. You engage with tutors at your own discretion.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered tutors of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
